Zam Zam Pulao

Pulao Ingredients:

Rice 3 Cups Soaked for 1/2 Hour
Mutton 1/2 Kg Boiled For 1 Hour
on Medium to Low Flame
(2 Cups Mutton Stock)
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Chicken 250 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 3 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala:
Cinnamon 2
Cumin 1 tsp
Bay leaf 2
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Black Cardamom 2
Green Cardamom 4
Cloves 6

kabab Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Chickpea Flour 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Fried Ingredients:

Potatoes 2 (Cut into Finger)
Carrot 1/2 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)

kabab Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Beef Mince, Onion, Green Coriander, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Flakes, Chickpea Flour, Green Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and mix it well and make kababs and then deep fry them.

Fried Direction:

Step 2: After that deep fry the Potatoes, Carrot, and Capsicum.

Pulao Direction:

Step 3: Take a pot and add oil and then add Onion and fry them until it become into golden brown color and then add Garam Masala: (Cinnamon 2, Cumin 1 tsp, Bay leaf 2, Black Pepper 1 tsp, Black, Cardamom 2, Green Cardamom 4, Cloves 6) and stir it well and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it well and then add Chicken and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well until it’s become into white Color.

Step 4: After that add boiled mutton and stir it well and then add salt and stir it well and then add Yogurt and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

Step 5: After that remove the lid and add 2 cups mutton stock and add water 1 cup and stir it well and boil it and then add Soaked rice and stir it and cook it without lid on high flame until it’s water become dry.

Step 6: After that add Garam Masala Powder and place beef kababs from step 1 and cover it and cook for 15 minutes on low flame. After that your Zam Zam Pulao is Ready and dish out it and serve with fried Potatoes, Carrot, and Capsicum.
