3 ways kulfi Recipes

Malai Kulfi Ingredients:

Milk 1 Liter
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp

Malai Kulfi Direction/Method:

Take a pot add milk and boiled it and then cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame with stir and then add sugar and Green Cardamom Powder and stir it and further cook for 10 minutes on medium flame with stir.

After that turn off the flame and add Almond, Pistachio and stir it and rest it until it become into room temperature. After that take a kulfi mold and put this batter and cover with caps and freeze it for 8 hours to 1 day. After that your malai kulfi is ready.

Mango Kulfi Ingredients:

Milk 1 Liter
Mango Puree 1 Cup
Mango Chunks as You Required
Sugar 100gm
Pistachio 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

Ice Kulfi Ingredients:

Strawberry 1/2 Kg (Chopped)
Powder Sugar 2 tbsp
Orange Tang 2 tbsp
Water 1 Glass
Popsicles Molds

Ice Kulfi Direction/Method:

Take a 1 glass Water and add Orange tang 2 tbsp and mix it well.
Now take a blender jar and add Strawberries, Powder Sugar and add 1 Glass Orange Tang (from Step 1) and blend it well and then fill this into Popsicles Molds and cover it and freeze it for 1 day in to freezer.
