Achari Roghni Naan Recipe Without Oven On Tawa by Kitchen With Amna

How to make Achari Roghni Naan Recipe Without Oven On Tawa at Home With Quick and Easy Method by Kitchen With Amna.

Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp (Melted)
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required
Shangrila Mixed Pickle as you required
Kalonji Seeds as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt, Yeast, Powdered Sugar, Baking Soda, Milk Powder and mix it well and then add Yogurt, Butter and knead with Warm Water as you required for 5 to 10 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: After that make 2 or 3 balls of the dough and then slightly rolling it and spread Shangrila Mixed Pickle and bind it well and make ball and then rolling it and spread water and push the fingers on naan (for naan shape/style) and sprinkle Kalonji Seeds and spread water on back side of the naan and put on the preheated tawa and cook for 1 minute on medium flame and then turn the tawa and use high flame and heat the naan from all sides without touching the flame.
