Andrasay Recipe. Halwai Style Andrasay at Home by Kitchen With Amna
- Rice Flour 1 Cup
- Semolina 1/4 Cup
- Egg White 1
- Sugar 1/4 Cup
- Sesame as you required
- Baking Soda 1 Pinch
- Milk Powder 1 tbsp
- Green Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
- Milk 1/4 Cup
- Take a pan and add Sugar and Milk and melt it on medium flame and turn off the flame and rest it until it become into room temperature.
- Now take a bowl and add Rice Flour, Milk Powder, Semolina, Baking Soda, Green Cardamom Powder and mix it well and then add Egg White and mix it well and then add (Step 1) sugar milk and knead it and rest it for 1 hour in room temperature with cover.
- Now make small balls and sprinkle sesame and fry it until it become into golden brown color and use medium flame (Your Ghee/Oil should be medium heated) and After that Your andrasay is ready.
