Biryani Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 Kg
Rice 1/2 Kg (Boiled)
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Potatoes 2 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Black Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf 1
Black Cardamom 2
Green Cardamom 4
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Star Anise 1
Cloves 6
Cinnamon 2
Oil 1/2 Cup
Water 4 Cups
Yogurt 1 Cup
Tomato 1 (Slices)
Yellow Food Color 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Mint 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Kewra Water Some Drops

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Oil 1/2 Cup and preheat it and then add Potatoes and fry it until it become into light golden color. After that dish out it and then add Onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that dish out 1/2 onion and add 4 tbsp water into remaining onion and stir it well and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add whole garam masala and stir it well and then Mutton and stir it well and then add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder and stir it for 5 minutes on high flame. After that add Water 4 Cups and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on high flame and then use medium to low flame and cook it for 1 hour. After that dish out it.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Yogurt, Yellow Food Color, Kewra Water and mix it well.

Step 3: Now take a pot and add 1/2 boiled rice and then add 1/2 mutton masala and then place 1/2 Tomato, Fry Potato, Onion, Garam Masala, Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chilli and then again layer of Ramianing things rice and then mutton masala, Tomato, Fry Potato, Onion, Garam Masala, Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chilli and then put yogurt from step 2 and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on high flame and then use low flame and cook for 15 minutes. After that your Balochi Biryani is Ready.
