Ingredients:

Boneless Beef 300gms (Marinate it with 1 tsp Raw Papaya Paste
for 2 Hours)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Sticks 6
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Plain Flour 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Beef and Marinate it with 1 tsp Raw Papaya Paste for 2 Hours.

Step 2: After that add Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Tikka Masala , Salt, Soya Sauce, Egg and mix it well and then add Plain Flour, Corn Flour and mix it well and rest it for 2 hour.

Step 3: After that take a stick and first put the beef boti and then put the Capsicum and then again put the beef boti and then put Tomato and then put beef boti and then put in last Tomato and beef boti. Follow this method for all sticks.

Step 4: Now take a pan and add oil and deep fry this on medium flame. Oil should be preheated. Cook from both sides. Cook 10 minutes each side on medium flame. After that your beef stck boti is ready.
