Chatpata Chicken Kebab Pizza Recipe by Pizza Without Oven by Kitchen With Amna

Today I am making Chatpata Chicken Kabab Pizza Recipe Without Oven in pot. A Special Kebab Pizza Recipe Kitchen With Amna.

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Chicken Topping Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 250gms
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Other Topping Ingredients:

Mozzarella Cheese as you required (Grated)
Cheddar Cheese as you required (Grated)
Pizza Sauce 4 tbsp
Olives as you required
Shangrila Mixed Pickle as you required
Shangrila Mixed Pickle Paste 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Salt, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Chili Flakes, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chili, Onion and mix it well with hands and make kababs.

Step 3: Now take a pan and place all kababs and then add oil 1 tsp and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that turn off the flame and turn the all kababs and again cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your kababs are ready.

Step 4: Now cut the dough into 2 parts and then make balls. Take a ball and rolling it and then take a pizza pan and grease with oil and place this dough and then set it well and then spread Pizza Sauce and spread Shangrila Mixed Pickle Paste and then sprinkle Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese and then place kababs and then sprinkle Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese again and then place Olives and Shangrila Mixed Pickle. Your pizza is ready for baking.

Step 5: Now Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on medium to low flame. Your pot should be preheated on medium flame for 10 minutes. Oven user can preheat for 20 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 minutes on 200c.
