Chicken Bread Cones Without Oven Bread Cones Recipe by Kitchen With Amna

Cones Ingredients:

  • Plain Flour 2 Cups
  • Egg 1
  • Milk Powder 2 tbsp
  • Powder Sugar 1 tsp
  • Instant Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Warm Milk as you required

Filling Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 Cup (Boiled)
  • Corn 1/4 Cup (Boiled)
  • Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
  • Tomato 1 (Chopped)
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

Direction/Method:

  1. Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Instant Yeast, Salt and mix it well and then add Egg and mix it well and then knead it with required warm milk. Knead it for 15 minutes after that add oil and again knead it for 2 minutes and then cover it and rest it for 2 to 4 hours in room temperature or when dough become rise.
  2. After that remove the cover and again knead it slightly and then make small balls and then shape it into ribbon size and then fold it on cones and then egg brush on them and then sprinkle sesame and then put on (oil greased) baking tray and bake it for 20 minutes on medium to low flame in a pot/cooker (Already Preheat for 15 minutes on medium flame).
    (Oven User: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200c)
  3. Now take a bowl add Mayonnaise, Black Pepper, Salt, Tomato, Capsicum, Corn, Chicken and mix it well. (Your Filling is Ready)
  4. When Bread Cones Ready then fill this chicken filling and Enjoy it. Your Chicken Bread Cones is ready.
