Bridge Roll Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp

Bridge Roll Topping Ingredients:

Egg Yolk 1
Black Olives
Oregano

Chicken Tikka Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts 2
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)

Chicken Tikka Mixing Ingredients:

Mayonnaise 1 Cup
Cabbage 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Salad/Lettuce Leaves 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Mustard Paste 1 tbsp

Bridge Roll Direction:

Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise.

After that remove the cover and punch the dough and take some part of the daugh and place on the baking mold (grease it) and set it well and then spread egg yolk and sprinkle Oregano and place Black Olives and follow this method for all and then bake it into preheated oven/patila.

Cooker/Patila: Preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and bake for 15 minutes or more on medium to low flame.

Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 10 or more minutes on 200c.

Chicken Tikka Filling Direction:

Take a bowl and add Lemon Juice, Salt, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Paprika Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Button Red Chilli and mix it well and then add Oil and again mix it well.

Now spread this on Chicken Breasts and cover it and rest it for 30 minutes. After that cook it on preheated grill/pan/tawa on medium to low flame for 20 minutes (10 minutes each side). After that cut it into small chunks.

Now take a bowl and add Mayonnaise, Mustard Paste and mix it well and then add Cabbage, Salad/Lettuce Leaves and mix it well. Your Chicken tikka filling is ready.

Now take a bridge roll and cut it from one side and spread this filling and cover it. Your one chicken bridge roll is ready. Now follow this method for all Chicken Bridge Roll.
