Chicken Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 Kg
Capsicum 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Carrot 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Corn Flour 1/4 Cup
Eggs 3 (White Part)
Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 8 Cups
Shangrila Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Chicken, Green Onion, Water, Salt, Shangrila Lemon Juice and cook it on high flame for 15 minutes.

Step 2: After that strainer the chicken and shredded it well and then again put the chicken stock into the pot and also add Cabbage, Carrot, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: After that take a bowl and add Corn Flour and add some water and mix it well and put it into pot and stir it well and then add Capsicum, Shangrila Soy Sauce, Shangrila Chilli Sauce, Shangrila Vinegar and stir it well and then Eggs white and stir it well and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame. Your Chicken Hot and Sour Soup is ready.
