Ingredients:

Chicken 1 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 2 Cups
Garlic Cloves 7
Ginger 2 inch
Cashews 15
Poppy Seeds 2 tbsp (Soaked)
Green Chillies 6
Dry Red Chilli 5 to 10
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Nutmeg and Mace Powder (1/2 tsp each)
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Kewra Essence Some Drops
Bay Leaves 1
Green Cardamom 4
Black Cardamom 1
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 6
Oil 1/2 Cup

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, water 1/2 cup and cover with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that grind it into grinder jar and make it’s paste.

Step 2: Take a grinder jar again and add Poppy Seeds, Cashew and 2 tbsp water and grind it well and make it’s paste.

Step 3: Take a pot and add oil and Bay Leaves, Green Cardamom, Black, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves and Dry Red Chillies and slightly fry it and then add Chicken and stir it on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Step 4: After that add onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli paste (from Step 1) and stir it well and add Salt, Cumin Powder, Nutmeg and Mace Powder and stir it well and add Yogurt and Poppy Seeds, Cashews paste (from Step 2) and stir it well and cover it with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame.

Step 5: After that remove lid and stir it and add Black Pepper, White Pepper Powder and stir it well and then cover it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove lid and add Kewra Essence and stir it and dish out it. Your Chicken Rezala is Ready.
