Chicken Tikka Pasta Recipe How to make pasta Homemade Pasta recipe by Kitchen With Amna

Ingredients:

  • Pasta 2 Cups (Boiled)
  • Boneless Chicken 200 gm
  • Tomato Puree 4 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Direction/Method:

  1. Take a bowl and add Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Tikka Masala, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder and add Fresh Cream and mix it well. Now add Chicken and mix it well.
  2. Now take a pan and add oil (Use medium flame) now add Marinated chicken and mix it and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with cover. After that add Tomato Puree and mix it well and add Kasuri Methi, Green Chili (Use low flame) and mix it and add boiled Pasta and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes on medium to low flame. After that Your tasty yummy Chicken Tikka pasta is ready.
