Chinese Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

Carrot 2 (Chopped)
Cauliflower 1/2 Cup
Capsicum 2 (Chopped)
Peas 1/2 Cup
Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
Garlic Cloves 2 (Chopped)
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken Stock 1 Glass
Oil 1/4 Cup
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Shangrila Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add 1/4 cup oil and then add Garlic, Green Onion and then stir them and fry them slightly and then add Tomato and add Salt, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well and cook it for 1 minute and then add Shangrila Chilli Sauce, Shangrila Soy Sauce and stir it well and then add Peas, Carrot, Cauliflower and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Chicken Stock and stir it well and then cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 2: After that remove the lid and stir it well and then add Capsicum and add some Green Onion and stir it well and add Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce and stir it well on high flame until it become dry or depend on your demand. After that your Chinese Vegetables are Ready.
