Ingredients:

Plain Flour 3+1/2 Cups
Powder Sugar 1 Cup
Coconut Powder 1 Cup
Ghee 1 Cup
Egg 2
Green Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tbsp
Egg Yolk 1

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot/Pressure Cooker/Patila and add salt and place a stand or steel bowl and cover with lid and preheat it on medium to low flame until Nankhatai batter is ready to bake.

Step 1: Now take a large bowl and add Ghee, Powder Sugar and whisk/beat it well until it become into creamy batter. After that add eggs and beat/whisk it well and then add Green Cardamom Powder and beat/whisk it and then add Baking Powder and mix it and then add Coconut Powder and mix it well and then add Plain Flour gradually and make a dough.

Step 2: Now take a baking tray and take some batter of dough and make small ball and then press it on hands and make it’s patty shape and place on the baking tray. Make all Nankhatai shape with this method.

Step 3: Now remove the lid and bake it for 20 minutes on low flame (10 minutes each side). After that your Coconut Nankhatai is ready.

Oven Users: Preheat oven for 20 minutes on 180c and bake for 15 minutes on 180c.
