How to make Supper Soft and Sponge Coffee Cake Without Oven in Patila/Pressure cooker. A Soft Coffee Sponge Cake Recipe by Kitchen With Amna with Coffee butter cream Icing.
Cake Spong Ingredients:
Plain Flour 100 gms (3/4 Cup)
Powder Sugar 100 gms (3/4 Cup)
Warm Milk 5 tbsp
Oil 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Coffee 4 tsp
Cake Icing Ingredients:
Butter 125 gms (1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp)
Icing Sugar 200 gms (1+1/2 Cups)
Milk 2 tbsp
Coffee 4 tsp
Step 1: Take a large pot and put salt and place a net stand or steel bowl and cover with lid and preheat on medium flame.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Warm Milk 5 tbsp and add Coffee and mix it well.
Step 3: Now take a large bowl and add egg white and beat it for 1 minute and then add Powder Sugar gradually and beat it for 1 minute or until it become creamy.
Step 4: Now take another bowl and add egg yolk and beat it for 5 second and then add Plain Flour, Baking Powder, Vanilla Essence, Coffee mixture from step 1 and mix it well and then add Oil and beat it for 10 seconds.
Step 5: Now put this egg yolk batter into egg white bowl and fold it well.
Step 6: Now take a cake mold and grease with oil and place a butter paper and then put this cake batter and set it well.
Step 7: Now bake it into preheated patila/pot/cooker for 30 minutes on medium to low flame. For oven preheat for 30 minutes on 180c and bake for 25 minutes on 180c. For Microwave use full power and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 8: Now make cake icing. Take a large bowl and add butter and beat it well and then add coffee milk mixture (take a bowl add milk and coffee and mix it well) and add Icing Sugar and mix it well and beat it well for 3 minutes. Your Cake icing is ready.
Step 9: When your cake sponge become into room temperature then topping it with this icing and cover it with this and then sprinkle grated chocolate and place a cherry. Your Coffee Cake is Ready.
