Chatpati Dahi Puri Chaat Recipe. A Spicy Indian Street Food Recipe by Kitchen With Amna

Puri Ingredients:

  • Semolina 1 Cup
  • Plain Flour 3 tbsp
  • Warm Water as You Required
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Dahi Chaat Ingredients:

  • Yogurt as you required
  • Boiled Chickpea as you required
  • Boiled Potatoes (Chopped) as you required
  • Tomatoes (Chopped) as you required
  • Onion (Chopped) as you required
  • Red Chilli Powder as you required
  • Chaat Masala as you required
  • Black Salt as you required
  • Besan Sev as you required
  • Green Chutney as you required
  • Imli Ki Chutney as you required

Direction/Method:

  1. Take a bowl and add Semolina, Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and knead it with warm water as you required (in hard form) for 5 minutes and then cover it with wet cloth for 10 minutes. After that rolling it (very thin) and cut into circle shape and then take a karahi with high heated oil and put puri one by one and press until it become rise. Fry it until desir color and your all puries is ready with this procedure.
  2. Now take a bowl add yogurt and Black Salt and mix it well. And now take a puri and hole it and then put Potato paste, Chickpea, Tomatoes, Onion, Green Chutney, Imli Ki Chutney, Yogurt, Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Besan Sev and serve it.
