Dough Ingredients:

Wheat flour 2 Cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as you required

Stuffing Ingredients:

Boiled Potato 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Green Chilli 1
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Pomegranate Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp (Crushed)
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 2 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Wheat flour, Salt and mix it well and then add water and knead a normal dough. After that rest it for 10 minutes in room temperature.

Step 2: Take a pan and add Oil and add Cumin and slightly roast it and then add Onion, Chopped Green Chilli and stir it and then add Boiled Potato and stir it and then add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ajwain, Coriander Seeds, Pomegranate Seeds Powder, Green Coriander and stir it and mashed it. After that your stuffing is ready.

Step 3: Now take a bowl and add egg and beat it well.

Step 4: Now make balls of the dough and take a ball and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and then press it and rolling it. After that place potato stuffing on it and then take another ball and rolling it and make a bread and put on it and press it and then rolling it and put on the preheated tawa/pan and cook it and spread some oil on it and turn it and spread oil on back side and after half cook then spread egg on the paratha and cook it completly. Your Anda Aloo Paratha is ready.
