Cake Sponge Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar 1 Cup
Red Food Color 1 Pinch
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Strawberry Puree 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Whipping Cream 1 Cup
Strawberry Puree 1/4 Cup
White Chocolate 1/4 Cup (Melted)
Fresh Strawberry Slices
Step 1: Take 2 bowls and separate the egg white and egg yolk and then first beat the egg white and add Powder Sugar 2/3 cup gradually and beat it well. Beat it well until it becomes creamy. After that beat the egg yolk and add Powder Sugar 1/4 cup gradually and slightly beat it and then add beaten egg white and mix both of them and add Vanilla Essence and mix it well. Now take a bowl and strainer Plain Flour and Baking Powder and mix it well and put gradually into beaten eggs and fold it slightly.
Step 2: After that add Strawberry Puree and Red Food Color and fold it slightly. Now your Cake batter is ready and take a cake mould and grease with oil and put the cake batter and bake it into pot/oven for 25 minutes on medium to low flame or 180c. Your Oven should be preheat for 30 minutes on 180c or your pot should be preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Whipping Cream and beat/whisk it well until it becomes whipped and then add Strawberry Puree, White Chocolate and fold it well.
Step 4: Now cut the cake into 2 slices and take a slice and spread whipped cream and then place Fresh Strawberry Slices and then place second cake slice and then spread whipped cream and cover the cake with whipped cream and set it well and then decorate the cake with cream and with Fresh Strawberry Slices. Your strawberry chiffon cake is ready.
