Ingredients:

Chicken 8 Legs
Lemon 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Coating Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Eggs 2
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: First of all Cuts on chicken legs with knife and then add Lemon juice and then add Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste and marinate it.

Step 2: Now take a pot and put this chicken and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that turn off the flame and dish out them and rest them until they become into room temperature.

Step 3: Now take a bowl and add 2 eggs and then add Chili Flakes 1 tsp, Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp, Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp, Oregano 1/4 tsp, Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp and whisk it well. Now your egg batter is ready.

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Plain Flour and then add Chili Flakes 1 tsp, Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp, Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp, Oregano 1/4 tsp, Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp and mix it well. Now your dry batter is ready.

Step 5: Now take a chicken leg and coat with dry batter (From Step 4) and then coat with egg batter (From Step 3) and then again coat with dry batter. Follow this and coat all chicken legs with this method.

Step 6: After that take a karahi and add oil and preheat it well and deep fry all the chicken legs until they become into golden brown color. Now your Fried Chicken Legs are Ready.
