Fry Burger Recipe

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required

Chicken Patty Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg (500gm)
Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
BreadCrumbs 1/4 Cup

Other Ingredients:

Mustard Paste as you required
Mayonnaise as you required
Cheddar Cheese Slices as you required
Cabbage as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.

Step 2: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder and mix it well and then add a egg and mix it and then add BreadCrumbs and mix it well. Now make patties and shallow fry them.

Step 3: Now make balls of the dough and take a ball and press it and rolling it and place Cheddar Cheese Slice, Mayonnaise and Cabbage and then place chicken patty from step 2 and then spread Mustard Paste and again place a Cheddar Cheese Slice and bind it and make a big ball and deep fry it on medium flame until it become into golden brown color. Follow this and make all fry burger with this method. Your Fry Burgers are Ready. Enjoy them.
