Jerk Chicken Buns

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Stuffing Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Cup
Capsicum Green, Yellow, Red 1/2
BBQ Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Egg 1 (For Brush)
Butter (For Brush)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and heat it and then add chicken and stir it on medium flame until it becomes into white color and then add Salt, Vinegar, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Paprika Powder, Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Soy Sauce and stir it well and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame and then add BBQ Sauce, Capsicum (Green, Yellow, Red) and stir it well on high flame and then turn off the flame. Your Chicken Filling is Ready.

Step 3: Now make small size balls of the dough and then take a ball and rolling it and stuff the chicken (from step 2) and bind it well and make ball again. Follow this and make all buns, take a baking tray and grease with oil and place all these buns and brush with egg and bake for 25 minutes on 200c. Your Oven should be preheated for 25 minutes on 200c.
After that your jerk chicken buns are ready.
