Kashmiri Thal Murgh

Ingredients:

Chicken 8 Leg Pieces
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
Bay Leaves 2
Cinnamon 2
Green Cardamom 4
Cloves 4
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Tomato Paste 2 Cups
Milk 2 Cups
Oil 1/2 Cup

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Chicken Leg Pieces and then add milk and add Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Cloves and add Fennel Seeds and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium to Low flame.

Step 2: After that take a tawa/pan/thal and add oil and preheat it and then add onion and slightly fry them and then add ginger garlic paste and slightly fry them and then add tomato paste and stir it well and then add salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and stir it well. Now use low flame and place Chicken Leg Pieces from step 1 and then spread the gravy on the top and then cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that turn the side and again cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame with lid.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and sprinkle Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Ginger and turn off the flame and your Kashmiri Thal Murgh is ready.
