How to make Khasta Keema Kachori Recipe. A Special Ramadan Recipe by Kitchen With Amna.

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Water as you Required

Stuffing Ingredients:

Mince 250 gms
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1/2 tsp
Pomogranate Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 Cup

Other Ingredients:

Plain Flour 4 tbsp
Ghee 3 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl add plain flour and add Ajwain, Salt, Ghee and mix it well and then knead it with water as you required and then cover it and rest it for 20 minutes.

Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and slightly fry it and then add onion and stir it and then add Tomatoes and stir it and then add Mince and stir it on high flame and then add salt, Button Red Chilli, Pomogranate Seeds Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Seeds, Green Chilli and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes and then add water 1/2 cup and cover it with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove lid and add Garam Masala Powder and stir it on high flame for 1 minute and turn off flame. Your Filling is Ready.

Step 3: Take a bowl add Plain Flour 4 tbsp, Ghee 3 tbsp and mix it well. Your paste is ready for spreading on kachori dough.

Step 4: Make ball of dough and take a ball and dust dry flour on kitchen slab and press it and spread (Step 3) paste and then dust dry flour and fold it from both side (Watch Video for Proper Understanding) and Press it and put 2 tbsp filling and fold from the edges.

Step 5: When all kachori is ready then fry it for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. (Your oil should be slightly heat, not too) After that your Keema Kachori is ready.
