Crust Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1 and 1/2 Cup
Powder Sugar 1/2 Cup
Butter 1/2 Cup (100 gms)
Water as you required

Tart Ingredients:

Egg Yolk 3
Powder Sugar 1/2 Cup
Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup
Butter 1/4 Cup
Condensed Milk 1 tbsp
Yellow Color 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice 1/4 Cup
Lemon Essence 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp

Meringue Ingredients:

Egg White 3
Icing Sugar 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1/4 tsp

Crust Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Powder Sugar mix it and then add Butter and mix it well and then add Water as you required (1 tbsp) and slightly knead it and make a ball and cover it and rest it for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Step 2: After that place butter paper on kitchen slab and then place this dough and then place another butter paper on it and rolling it slightly and then place this dough on a tart pan and bake it for 20 minutes on preheated pot on medium to low flame.
For Oven: Preheat for 20 minutes on 190c and bake for 10 to 15 minutes on 190c.

Tart Direction:

Take a sauce pan (Flame should be off now) and add Egg Yolk, Powder Sugar, Butter, Yellow Color, Milk, Lemon Juice, Lemon Essence, Corn Flour and mix it well with whisk. Now turn on the very low flame and stir it continuously with whisk for 5 to 7 minutes on very low flame. After that turn off the flame and continuously stir it, and now rest it until it become into room temperature. After that add Fresh Cream, Condensed Milk and mix it well. Now your Lemon Tart is Ready.

Meringue Direction:

Take a large bowl and add Egg White and beat it well for 2 minutes and then add Vinegar and again beat it for 2 minutes and then add Icing Sugar gradually and beat it well until it become in to Whipped cream shape. After that take a piping bag and put a decorating nozzle and then put this Meringue batter. Your Meringue is Ready.

Assembling Direction:

Now put the lemon tart on the Crust and set it well. After that decorating with Meringue batter and grill it for 5 to 10 minutes on 180c. Now your Lemon Tart Meringue is Ready.
