Make Dahi With 2 Ways Homemade Yogurt Recipe by Kitchen With Amna

Yogurt From Green Chilli Ingredients:

  • Green Chilli 1
  • Milk 1/2 Cup (For Jaman)
  • Milk 1 Litre

Yogurt From Lemon Ingredients:

  • Lemon 1
  • Milk 1/2 Cup (For Jaman)
  • Milk 1 Litre

Direction (Yogurt From Green Chilli):

  1. Take a pot/pan and add 1 Cup milk and boiled it and after that cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that put it into a bowl and rest it until it become warm (able to drink easily). After that put green chili and cover it and rest it for 12 hours. After 12 Hours check it and your jaman for yogurt is ready.
  2. After that take a pot and add 1 litre milk and boiled it and then further cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. After that rest it that it become warm (able to drink easily). After that take a bowl and add 1 tbsp green chilli jaman and add 1 tbsp milk and mix it well and put it into 1 litre milk and cover it and rest it for 6 to 8 hours. After that your yogurt is ready and place it into fridge and use.
