How to make Mango Kulfa Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Mango Puree 1/2 kg (Use 4 Mango)
Milk 1 Litre
Sugar 1 Cup
Fresh Cream 200ml
Khoya/Mawa 1 Cup
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Yellow Color 1/4 tsp
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Step 1: Take a pot/pan and add milk and boil it for 5 minutes on high flame and then add sugar and again cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame with stir.
Step 2: After that add Green Cardamom Powder, Pistachio and stir it and then take a bowl and add Corn Flour, Yellow Color and add 2 tbsp milk and mix it well and put it into milk and stir it well and then add Khoya/Mawa and mix it well until it melted and use medium to low flame here.
Step 3: After that turn off the flame and leave it into room temperature until it become into normal temperature.
Step 4: After that add fresh cream and whisk it well and then add Mango Puree and again whisk it well. Your kulfa batter is ready. Now take a air tight container and put this all batter and cover it and freeze it for 1 day in freezer.
Step 5: After 1 day remove the cover and cut it into small pieces and serve it with sprinkle chopped Pistachio.
