Mini Tea Cake

Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups (250gms)
Powdered Sugar 2 Cups (250 gms)
Melted Butter 1/2 Cup
Oil 1/4 Cup
Eggs 6
Baking Powder 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Baking Powder and mix it well.

Step 2: Now take another large bowl and add Melted Butter, Powdered Sugar and beat it well and then add 6 Eggs gradually and one by one and beat it well and then add Oil, Lemon Juice, Vanilla Essence and slightly beat it. Now put the dry batter from step 1 gradually and fold it well. Now your cake batter is ready.

Step 3: Now take a mini cake mold and put this batter and sprinkle Almond, Pistachio and bake it for 30 minutes on 180c. Your Oven should be preheated for 30 minutes on 180c. After that your mini tea cakes are ready.
