Mughlai Stuffed Paratha Recipe

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Ghee 4 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Semolina 1 tsp
Water as you required

Stuffing Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 250 gms
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Fresh Cream 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Mughlai Masala 2 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt, Sugar, Semolina and mix it well and then add Ghee and mix it well and then knead it with water. After that rest it for 30 minutes with cover.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Mughlai Masala, Green Cardamom Powder, Yogurt and mix it well.

Step 3: Now take a pan and add Ghee and add Onion and fry it until it become into light brown color. After that add chicken mince (from step 2) and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then add Green Chilli, Green Coriander and add 2 tbsp water and stir it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame with lid. After that add Fresh Cream and stir it on high flame for 1 minute. After that Your paratha stuffing is ready.

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add eggs and whisk it well.

Step 5: Now make balls of the dough and take a ball and spread oil on the kitchen slab and place it and press it and rolling it and make a roti and then place stuffing in box shape and then spread egg and fold it into box shape and then cook it into fry pan or tawa using oil. Apply this method for all parathas. Your mughlai Stuffed paratha is ready.
