How to make Mutton Handi Restaurant style. A Bakra Eid Special Recipe by Kitchen With Amna

Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Wheat Flour 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Ginger 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add Wheat Flour and roasted it on medium flame for 1 minute or when it’s color changed.

Step 2: Now take a mud pot and add oil and heat it and then add onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Mutton and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and stir it and then add Yogurt and stir it on medium flame for 5 minutes. After that add 2 glass water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 1 hour on low flame.

Step 3: After that remove lid and take roasted wheat flour (from Step 1) and add 1/2 cup water and mix it well and put it into mutton pot and stir it and then cook it for 15 minutes on low flame with lid.

Step 4: After that remove lid and then add Garam Masala Powder, chopped Ginger, Chopped Green Coriander, Chopped Green Chilli and stir it and turn off the flame and dish out it after 5 minutes and garnish with some chopped Ginger, Chopped Green Coriander, Chopped Green Chilli. Your Mutton Handi is Ready.
