Ingredients:

Semolina 2 Cups
Jaggery Powder 2 Cups
Ghee 1 Cup
Coconut Powder 1/2 Cup
Pistachio 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Almond 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Makhanas (Lotus Seeds) 2 Cups
Charmagaz (Mixed Melon Seeds) 1/2 Cup
Gond (Gum Tragacanth) 1 Cup
Raisin 1/4 Cup
Coconut 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot add 1/2 cup ghee and melt it and then add Semolina and stir it on medium to low flame for 10 minutes after that add Coconut Powder and stir it for 1 minute on medium to low flame and then turn off the flame and add Jaggery Powder and stir it well.

Step 2: Now take a pan/pot and add 2 tbsp ghee and melt it and then add Makhanas (Lotus Seeds) and stir it for 3 minutes on medium to low flame and then dish out it.

Step 3: Now add 1 tbsp ghee into pan and add Gond (Gum Tragacanth) and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then dish out it.

Step 4: Now add 1 tsp ghee into pan and add Almond and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then dish out it.

Step 5: Now add Charmagaz (Mixed Melon Seeds) and stir it for 1 minute on medium to low flame and then dish out it.

Step 6: Now add 1 tsp ghee into pan and add Pistachio and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then dish out it.

Step 7: Now add 1 tsp ghee into pan and add Raisin and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then dish out it.

Step 8: Now take a chopper and put this all roasted things and chopped it and then put into Semolina pot (from Step 1) and mix it well. Your Panjiri is Ready. Now garnish it with chopped Coconut.
