Pizzetta

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required

Tikka Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 250gm
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Topping Ingredients:

Tomato Ketchup as you required
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Grated as you required
Onion as you required
Olives as you required
Oregano as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.

Step 2: Take a pan and add Oil and add Boneless Chicken and stir it on medium flame until it become into white color (cook for 5 minutes) and then add Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Vinegar, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and stir it well and then add 4 tbsp water and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it and turn off the flame and your tikka topping is ready.

Step 3: Now dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and place dough and rolling it and then cut it into small rings and then take a baking tray and grease with oil and then place the dough and then spread Tomato Ketchup and then place Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese, chicken tikka from step 2 and then place Onion and then again place Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and then place Olives and then sprinkle Oregano. Now bake it for 15 minutes on 200c.
Your Oven should be preheat for 20 minutes on 200c. After that your Pizzetta are ready.
