How to make Potato Pinwheels Recipe at Home. A Special Ramadan Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Semolina 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as you required
Potato 2 (Boield and Grated)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Mango Powder 1 tsp
Ajwain 1 Pinch
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Plain Flour 2 tbsp
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Semolina, Salt 1/2 tsp and mix it well and then add Oil 3 tbsp and mix it well and then knead it with water (Dough should be not soft) and rest it for 20 minutes with cover in room temperature. After that your dough is ready.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Boield and Grated Potatoes and Salt 1/4 tsp, Cumin Powder, Green Chilli, Green Coriander, Mango Powder, Ajwain, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well. Your stuffing is ready.
Step 3: Now make a ball of dough and spread 1/2 tsp oil on the kitchen slab and press it and rolling it and make a circle shape bread and then spread all stuffing (from step 2) on this and then tightly roll it and then cut it into wheels shape.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Plain Flour 2 tbsp and add some water and make thin paste for coating.
Step 5: Now take a pinwheel and dip it into flour paste and then fry it into preheated oil. Apply this method for all pinwheels. Fry it until it become into gold brown color or desire color. After that Your Potato Pinwheels is Ready.
