Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Water as you required

Filling Ingredients:

Boiled Potato 4
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 Small (Chopped)
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Chutney Ingredients:

Sugar 1/2 Cup
Tamarind 2 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Food Color 1 Pinch
Ginger Powder 1/4 tsp
Water 1 Cup

Dough Direction:

Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt, Cumin and mix it well and then add Ghee and mix it well and then add water as you required and knead it well (Dough Should not be Soft) and cover with lid and rest it.

Potato Filling Direction:

Take a pan and add Oil and then add onion and slightly fry it and then add Green Chili and stir it well and then add Kasuri Methi, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Ajwain, Coriander Seeds and stir it well and then add Boiled Potato and mashed it well and stir it on medium flame for 5 minutes and then turn off the flame. Your Samosa Stuffing is Ready.

Ring Samosa Direction:

Step 1: Now make small balls of the dough and then take a ball and rolling it and then place some potato stuffing and Half roll it and then cut the remaining bread (Watch Video for Proper Understanding) and then rotate the roll into ring shape and bind it with flour paste (add some water into plain flour and mix it) Follow this and make all Ring Samosas.

Step 2: Now take a karahi and add oil and preheat it normally not too hot. After that deep fry them until they become into golden brown color. Now your Ring Samosas are Ready.

Red Chutney Direction:

Take a sauce pan and add Water and add Sugar and stir it well and melt it on medium flame. After that add Tamarind and stir it and cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes. After that add Red Chili Flakes, Salt, Ginger Powder, Red Food Color and stir it well and then take a bowl and add Corn Flour and add some water and mix it well and put it into sauce pan and stir it well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now your Red Chutney is Ready.
