Mutton 1/2 Kg (Marinate with 1 tbsp Papaya Paste for 2 Hours)
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 4
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Button Red Chilli 2 tbsp (Crushed)
Black Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
1 Coal for Smoke
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Mutton and add 1 tbsp Papaya Paste and Marinate it for 2 hours.
Step 2: Now add all ingredients for marinate, add Ginger Garlic Paste, Paprika Powder, Salt, Button Red Chilli, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Vinegar, Lemon Juice and mix it well and marinate it for 1 hour.
Step 3: After that take a pot and add this marinated mutton and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 1 hour on low flame.
Step 4: After that remove the lid and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes and then add Onion, Green Chilli and place aluminium foil paper and place on a preheated Coal and sprinkle some drops of oil and cover it with lid and turn off the flame. After 2 minutes remove lid and dish out the smoky smoky mutton. Your smoky mutton recipe is ready.
