Turkish Cheese Pide Recipe

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Topping Ingredients:

Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Egg Yolk 1
Oregano 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: After that cut the dough into 2 parts and take a part and rolling it and make it into pide shape (watch video for proper understanding) and then place grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and then sprinkle Oregano, Thyme, Red Chili Flakes and then brush its edges with Egg Yolk.

Step 3: After that bake it into preheated oven for 15 minutes on 200c. Your Oven should be preheated on 200c for 20 minutes. After that your Cheese pide are ready.
