Warqi Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

Plain Flour 3 Cups
Ghee 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Milk as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt, Sugar, Ghee and mix it well and then add Milk and knead it well and then cover it and rest it for 1/2 hour at room temperature.

Step 2: After that rolling it and then spread ghee and sprinkle dry flour and then fold it (Watch video for proper understanding) and then rest it for 20 minutes in Refrigerator.

Step 5: Now rolling it and cut it into Circle Paratha Shape with cutter and make parathas. Now take a plastic bag and freeze it for 1 month/30 days into freezer.

Step 6: When you need to cook it. Take a tawa and preheat it and then cook it from both sides on medium flame and then spread/brush the ghee and cook it well. Your Warqi Paratha is Ready.
